1. How do I join City Rewards loyalty program Club?

You can join City Rewards loyalty program in two ways:

A. Online: Logon to our City rewards webpage at www.citycinemaoman.net.
B. Walk in any of our City Cinema locations (CC Shatti, CC MGM and CC Ruwi) and collect a City Rewards loyalty program Welcome Kit from the Box office.

2. Who can join City Rewards loyalty program?

The City Reward Program is open to individuals aged 12 years and above.

3. How do I earn points?

Points can be earned at the Box office or through online booking onpurchase of movie tickets. Every Rial spent earns a point*.No points shall be earned on complimentary tickets / vouchers.

4. Where can I Check my City Rewards points balance?

For registered City Cinema users, City rewards account balance can be checked at our Box-Office oronline or E-Kiosk or through our Mobile Application. For non registered user, please Sign up for the City Reward Loyalty program on www.citycinemaoman.net.

5. Is there a minimum Balance required to keep the card active?

City Rewards card needs to be used on a regular basis in order to keep the card active. Points need to be accumulated/redeemed on regular basis. In case the card is not used for more than 12 months the membership will expire.

6. I lost my card, how do I get a new card?

All lost City Rewards cards / damaged cardscan be reported by sending us a mail on cityrewards@citycinemaoman.net or by using our 'Contact Us' page. Safeguard your card as they are non- redeemable for cash and are non- transferable.

7. Can I transfer my points to someone else?

One cannot transfer the accumulated points to another City Rewards card or combine points on multiple City Rewards card. City Rewards points are non-transferable and/or cannot be combined with multiple cards.

9. How do I redeem my collected points ?

To redeem accumulated points,City Rewards card needs to be produced at the Box-office for any redemption of tickets. With every transaction taking place, you shall receive a Redemption SMS.

10. Can I change my Email address?

Once an email address is assigned to a City Reward card, it cannot be changed.

11. Can I get a Physical card if I register Online?

No, In case one requires a physical card, please register through our Box office.
